The
Organization
Tennis Saskatchewan is
the provincial sport governing body responsible for the development,
administration and promotion of tennis in the province. We are a non-profit,
non-government corporation, first registered with the department of Consumer
and Corporate Affairs in 1976. We are active members of Sask Sport
Incorporated, a non-profit, non-government federation of provincial sport
governing bodies, and also Tennis Canada, the body governing the sport of
tennis in Canada.

players in Saskatchewan by establishing and supporting clubs, delivery systems
and programming necessary to introduce players to the game and set an
environment to retain them.

developing a high performance program that will improve performance levels and
standings of Saskatchewan athletes and teams at Western Canada Games, Canada
Games, Interprovincial and National competitions, while forstering
sportsmanship and individual achievements.

increasing participation in tennis competitions for players of all ages,
abilities and gender by improving the quality and quantity of such playing
opportunities.
