Prairie Regional Qualifying Process for U14 – U18 Indoor
2005 Nationals Established

Tennis Saskatchewan and Tennis Manitoba have established the criteria to qualify for the Indoor Canadian Junior Nationals, which are set to take place in April 2005. Both provinces have pooled their allocated spots from Tennis Canada (4) for the Indoor Nationals.

The Process for Qualifying players from the Prairie Region for the 2005 Indoor Nationals is as follows:

• There will be 3 selection tournaments. Two selection tournaments in Saskatchewan and one selection tournament in Manitoba. A player’s best 2 out of 3 results will qualify towards nationals. The top 4 players regardless of what province they are from will qualify for Nationals

• All events will have a feed in consolation

• There will no exemptions for any reason for the qualifying process. Players are responsible to participate in a minimum of 2 national selection events

The Dates & Locations of the 3 Selection Events are as follows:

1. February 3 – 6, 2005 @ Advantage Tennis Centre, Saskatoon, SK
2. February 17 – 20, 2005 @ Winnipeg Lawn, Winnipeg, MB
3. March 3 – 6, 2005 @ Advantage Tennis Centre, Saskatoon, SK
