Provincial
Senior Championships in Moose Jaw
The provincial senior open
was held June 19 – 20, 2004 at the Moose Jaw Tennis Club. This was a great
event with many of the top senior players participating. Lakewood Indoor Tennis
Centre head pro Leo Liendo captured both the Men’s over 30 singles title
and Men’s over 40 singles title. The men’s over 50 category was
won by Don Axtell of Regina, while the women’s over 35 event was won by
Norine Auramenko of Fort Q’Appelle.
