Jeet Kapadia Captures U16 & U18 titles at the Selection #1: Riverside Junior Open

Fifteen year old Jeet Kapadia of Regina captured both the U16 & U18 titles at the Riverside Junior Open, May 29 & 30, 2004. Jeet who has been playing very well of late defeated Jordan Christiansen of Saskatoon 6-3, 6-0 in the U16 final. In the U18 event, Jeet Kapadia posted impressive wins over Michael Hurman, Steven Budd and Brad Luciuk to capture the title. Congratulations Jeet!

The next selection event is this weekend June 5 – 6, 2004 at the Lakeshore Tennis Club in Regina. The top 4 performers from these selections and provincial championships will represent Saskatchewan at the Prairie National Qualifier.
