Registration is open for the Waskesiu Tennis Open, 4.5, 4.0, 3.5 tournament, taking place June 15-16 in Waskesiu Lake. The event will feature draws in Men’s and Women’s Singles and Doubles, as well as Mixed Doubles, in all divisions (note: Tournament Organizers reserve the right to cancel or combine events due to insufficient entries). Players may enter a maximum of two events, with the first event fee being $50 and the second event fee being $15. Entry fees include dinner on Saturday evening.
Registration is open now and runs until Tuesday, June 11 at 11:59 PM. Late entries may be accepted, provided the draws have not been made. Late entries are subject to a $20 late registration fee. Players must register through the online system and can do so at the event’s Tennis Canada Tournament Profile: Waskesiu Tennis Open, 4.5, 4.0, 3.5 – June 2019. Players can phone for draw times Thursday, June 13 after 6:00 PM (306-780-9410) or check online. Note: All players must be prepared to play Saturday, June 15 at 9:00 AM.
Main draw matches will be best of three sets with the tie-break at 6 all. Consolation events will be held. However, the Tournament Director reserves the right to revert to an alternate method of scoring for both main draw and consolation draw matches.
