Events:  Men’s and Women’s / Singles, Doubles, Mixed / Open, 4.0 & Below, 3.0 & Below. The Tournament Director reserves the right to cancel or combine events due to insufficient entries (i.e. events may be combined). Female players must enter their first event in a female event.  A mixed doubles event will be considered a female event. (If a female enters only one event, the event must be a female event; the second event may be a male event).

Entry Limit:  2 Events

Entry Fee:  $50.00 1st Event, $30.00 2nd Event

Entry Deadline:  Monday, April 1 – 11:59 p.m.

Note:  Players entering 2 events will be expected to play more than 3 matches per day. 

Draw Times Available:  Wednesday, April 3 after 6:00 p.m.
Draws will be available on-line or by phoning 306-955-2226

Play Will Begin:  Friday, April 5 – 5:00 P.M.
All players must be available to play at 5:00 p.m. on Friday
and must be prepared to play all days of the tournament.

Draw Sizes:  Draws may be limited to 24 players per event (subject to change based on overall entries and court availability)

Additional Tournament Details

• This tournament is sanctioned by Tennis Saskatchewan.
• Registration deadline is Monday, April 1 – 11:59 p.m.  Players entering 2 events will be expected to play more than 3 matches per day. 
• Draws may be limited to 24 players per event (subject to change based on overall entries and court availability).
• Female players must enter their first event in a female event.  A mixed doubles event will be considered a female event. (If a female enters only one event, the event must be a female event; the second event may be a male event).
• All Coaches, Parents, Players, Officials, Spectators, etc. must abide by the restrictions / protocols of the Host Club / Facility.   
• Entry Limit:  2 events.
• Entry Fee:  $50.00 1st Event, $30.00 2nd Event
• Late entries may be accepted provided the draw has not been completed.  Late entries that are accepted will be subject to a $20.00 late registration fee.
• Players who withdraw from the tournament more than 7 days before the entry deadline will receive a refund of their entry fees.
• Players who withdraw from the tournament less than 7 days before the entry deadline will receive a refund of 50% of their entry fees.
• Players who withdraw from the tournament after the entry deadline will be defaulted from the tournament, will not receive a refund of their entry fees, and will receive one suspension point (with no appeal allowed).
• The Tournament Director reserves the right to cancel or combine events due to insufficient entries (i.e. events may be combined).
• Main draw matches will be best of three sets with the 3rd set being a 10 point deciding match tie-break.  Consolation events will be held, subject to court availability.  The Tournament Director reserves the right to revert to an alternate method of scoring for both main draw and consolation draw matches.
• Draw times will be available on-line or by phone at 306-955-2226 Wednesday, April 3 – after 6:00 p.m. 
• Players are responsible for confirming their own draw times.
• Play will begin Friday, April 5 at 5:00 p.m.  (All players must be available on Friday April 5)
• Players must be prepared to play all days of the tournament!
• Matches will be played on a “to-follow basis”.
• The 15-minute default and 5-minute warm-up rules will be enforced.
• Tennis Canada disciplinary procedures will be enforced.  The rule book “Rules of the Court” sets out the rules, regulations, and format to be followed in Sanctioned Tournaments.  All Sanctioned Tournaments will be carried out according to these regulations.
• Penn Tour tennis balls will be used.
• Proper tennis attire is required during matches.

If players are having trouble registering for the tournament, updating their membership or need to purchase a new membership, please phone Tennis Saskatchewan at 306-780-9410.  We are currently having issues with our paypal certificate (only for memberships).  There shouldn’t be issues registering for the tournament.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
