Regina’s Isabella Ruyu Yan has claimed the girls’ singles title at the 2026 ITF J200 Cairo tournament, defeating Carla Vazquez Alcudia in straight sets, 7–5, 6–0.
After battling through a competitive opening set, Yan took complete control of the final, sweeping the second set without dropping a game to secure the championship.
The victory marks an impressive achievement for the Saskatchewan junior on the international stage, adding an ITF J200 title to her growing tennis résumé.
