Events: Men’s, Women’s, Mixed Doubles / 4.5, 4.0, 3.5, 3.0
The Tournament Director reserves the right to cancel or combine events due to insufficient entries (i.e. events may be combined). Junior players must be in the Under 12 (10 years of age) or older category in order to participate. Due to safety/competition reasons, the Tournament Committee reserves the right to restrict junior players to enter higher level events
Entry limit: Players are limited to participating in two events. A maximum of one men’s/women’s and one mixed event.
Entry fees: $40.00 1 event – $75.00 2 events
Entry deadline: Monday, May 15 at 11:59 p.m.
Late entries may be accepted provided the draw has not been completed. Late entries that are accepted will be subject to a $20.00 late registration fee.
Draw availability: Draws and draw times will be available on Wednesday, May 17 after 6:00 pm (Please phone Lakeshore at 306-525-5095 or check online (tc.tournamentsoftware.com)
Play will begin: ALL LOCAL PLAYERS MUST BE PREPARED TO PLAY THEIR FIRST MATCH ON FRIDAY, MAY 19 AT 5:00 PM … ALL PLAYER MUST BE PREPARED TO PLAY THEIR FIRST MATCH ON SATURDAY, MAY 20 AT 8:00 AM
