Registration is open for the Provincial Open, 4.5, 4.0, 3.5 tournament, taking place Augusts 2 – 5, 2019 at Riverside Badminton & Tennis Club in Saskatoon. The event will feature draws in Men’s and Women’s Singles and Doubles, in all divisions. As well, the tournament will offer Mixed Doubles draws in Open, Combined 7.5, and Combined 6.5 divisions (note: Tournament Organizers reserve the right to cancel or combine events due to insufficient entries). Players may enter a maximum of three events (maximum two singles events) with the entry fees as follows: 1st Event: $45, 2nd Event: $20, 3rd Event: $15. Entry fees include dinner on Saturday evening (note: extra meal tickets will be available for purchase on-site).

Registration is open now and runs until Tuesday, July 30 at 11:59 PM. Late entries may be accepted, provided the draws have not been made. Late entries are subject to a $20 late registration fee. Players must register through the online system and can do so at the event’s Tennis Canada Tournament Profile: Provincial Open, 4.5, 4.0, 3.5 – Riverside – August 2019. Players are responsible for confirming their own draw times and can do so by checking online or by phoning Riverside at 306-242-5584. Draw times will be available Thursday, August 1, after 7:00 PM.

Note: Unless cleared by the tournament director, players are expected to be available to play anytime between Saturday and Monday. If you are playing three events and/or two singles events, it is a good idea to make yourself available to play Friday night. Otherwise, the time gaps in between your matches through the weekend may not be as long as you may wish them to be.

Main draw matches will be best of three sets with the tie-break at 6 all. Consolation events will be held.  However, the Tournament Director reserves the right to revert to an alternate method of scoring for both main draw and consolation draw matches.  Consolation event results will be used for ranking purposes. Players may be required to play more than 3 matches/day.
