  • This tournament is sanctioned by Tennis Saskatchewan.
  • All Coaches, Parents, Players, Officials, Spectators, etc. must abide by the rules and regulations of the Host Club / Facility.
  • All competitors MUST be a Tennis Saskatchewan Tournament member or a member of another recognized Provincial, Territorial, or National Tennis Association.
  • Events:  Men’s & Women’s / Singles, Doubles, and Mixed / Over 30 – 85 … The Tournament Director reserves the right to combine events due to insufficient entries (i.e. events may be combined).
  • Entry Limit:  2 events
  • Entry Fees:  $50.00 1st event, $25.00 2nd event – No meal included with entry fees
  • Entry Deadline:  Friday, July 3 – 11:59 p.m. … Late entries may be accepted provided the draw has not been completed.  Late entries that are accepted will be subject to a $30.00 late registration fee.
  • Players who withdraw from the tournament before the entry deadline will receive a refund less $10 processing fee.
  • Players who withdraw from the tournament after the entry deadline will be defaulted from the tournament and will not receive a refund of their entry fees.
  • Draw Times Available:  Tuesday, July 7 – after 6:00 p.m. (please phone 306-630-7001)
  • Play Will Begin:  Friday, July 10 – 6:00 p.m. (for available participants).  All players must be prepared to play by 8:00 a.m. Saturday, July 11.
  • Main draw matches will be best of three sets with the 3rd set being a 10 point deciding match tie-break.  Consolation events will be held, subject to court availability.  The Tournament Director reserves the right to revert to an alternate method of scoring for both main draw and consolation draw matches.
  • No indoor courts available.  Main draw matches to be played before consolation events.
  • Players are responsible for confirming their own draw times.
  • Players may be required to play more than 3 matches per day.
  • Matches will be played on a “to-follow basis”.
  • The 15-minute default and 5-minute warm-up rules will be enforced.
  • Tennis Canada disciplinary procedures will be enforced.  The rule book “Rules of the Court” sets out the rules, regulations, and format to be followed in Sanctioned Tournaments.  All Sanctioned Tournaments will be carried out according to these regulations.
  • All participants are required to abide by the Universal Code of Conduct to Prevent and Address Maltreatment in Sport and all Tennis Saskatchewan “Safe Sport” Policies.
  • Wilson U.S. Open XD tennis balls will be used.
  • Proper tennis attire is required during matches.
