This past weekend (February 8-10, 2019) Tennis Saskatchewan hosted the Prairie Regional Indoor Junior Open at Lakewood Indoor Tennis Centre in Saskatoon. A total of 63 players competed, making up 117 entries in divisions from U10 to U18. Saskatchewan players won four events. The others were won by visiting players from Alberta. Tennis Saskatchewan thanks all players for attending and competing throughout the weekend.

Additionally, Tennis Saskatchewan hosted National Training Centre head coach Alan Mackin on February 8th. Alan ran a competitive camp for Saskatchewan junior players to help prepare them for the event. The camp was attended by 20 junior players from around the province and also featured several of Tennis Saskatchewan’s competitive coaches. Below is a picture of the full camp group.
