The Under-18 Fischer Indoor Junior Nationals were held at Sobeys Stadium in Toronto April 1-8, 2023. Regina’s Teah Chavez and partner Josie Usereau of Quebec claimed the women’s doubles title by beating Quebec’s Catherine Gagnon and Raphaëlle Leroux in a hard fought championship match, winning 6-3, 7-6 (5).
Chavez finished off a great week by placing 4th in the women’s singles event.
